KiteHouse – Terms of Service

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided to showcase KiteHouse as a software studio and our AI-powered products and services (for example, KiteMind).

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or related networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you are misusing it.

2. No guarantees / informational nature

The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that:

• Any information is accurate, complete, up-to-date or free of errors, or
• The Site will be available at all times, secure, or free from bugs or viruses.

Nothing on the Site is intended to be, or should be taken as, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

3. AI-powered content and limitations

Some of our products and services may use artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate or assist with content or responses. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it or using it in your business. We do not accept responsibility for decisions taken based on AI-generated content.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, product sites such as KiteMind, automation tools, or integration partners). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• KiteHouse and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

6. Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may update, modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use the Site after changes take effect, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the courts located in Mexico.
